Ingredients:
1/2teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon light or dark brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Preparation
Add all dry rub ingredients to a small bowl and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Store any leftover rub in airtight container.
