This recipe is quick and easy. Spice up your maple syrup and add a refreshing zing to your morning pancakes or waffles. It can be used anywhere you add maple syrup or add a zip to your mimosa or Bloody Mary. Stays fresh for up to 2 weeks.

Instant Pot Electric Pressure Cooker
Pint Mason Jar with lid
Ingredients
1-1/2 cup Water
2 cups Maple Syrup
2 Cinnamon Sticks
Rinds of 2 Mandarin Oranges
Preparation
1. Add water to Instant Pot liner and place trivet at the base.
2. Place Maple Syrup, Cinnamon Sticks and Rind in a Mason Jar. Seal lid lightly (Don’t seal too tight)
3. Press Pressure Cook button for 10 minutes. Once cycle is complete push cancel button and quick release pressure.
4. Carefully remove Instant Pot lid and allow syrup to cool before removing.
5. Once cooled, open lid and remove cinnamon sticks and rinds.
6. Refrigerate. Keeps up to 2 weeks in sealed air-tight container.
