When Life Hands You Lemons .. BAKE! Lemon Curd, Lemon Bars, Lemon Meringue Pie!!



Lemon Bars are my absolute favorite dessert. I will take lemon bars over anything chocolate any day of the week.





Lemon Curd is so versatile. It can be used to make crepes, pancakes, pie, bars or cheesecake. Or it


can be spooned over ice cream, shaken up in a cocktail, drizzled over a salad or even used to marinade chicken!!


The uses are endless and it is so easy to make. Once you have made your own you will never want to purchase canned lemon pie filling again. There is no comparison.






It's been a while since I have made a Lemon Curd Meringue Pie. But thought since I had extra curd I would make one again. Glad I did!








I made extra Lemon Curd so check back next week ... I am going to try the Roasted Chicken with Lemon Curd, Garlic and Chiles recipe that I found. I will report back in next weeks blog!! It looks delicious!
