The Question Isn't Whether Popovers Are Amazing! It's which do you prefer? Classic or Sourdough??

Are you hungry yet?! Popovers are a treat for our family, but they are so easy to make that they really shouldn't be reserved for special occasions. Either of these recipes can go from bowl to table in about 45 minutes and people will be so impressed with your culinary skills.


While I love just about any popover (and these are both delicious!!), this is an instance where I prefer the classic over the sourdough. I know there are tons of health benefits of the sourdough, and they add that special tanginess to everything they are made with. But, the classic are just so light and airy with their crispy outside and tender, fluffy inside. Slathered in some honey butter or cinnamon butter. One Word - YUM!
